The Operation
The management, internal structure and operation of TEn broking is broadly similar to that of a well organised national broker, which is, of course, almost a contradiction in terms.
However, TEn benefits from an absence of legacy, vested interest, compromise and politics that tend to be features of some national brokers.

“The management and operation... is broadly similar to that
of a well organised national broker,
which is, of course, almost a contradiction in terms”
Brokers/Practices provide local presence for customer-facing activities, to which TEn broking adds central administration, accounting and business partner relationships that operate in essentially the same way as national brokers should and sometimes do.
For an operation run with proper procedures, modern IT and sufficient controls, distance and distribution of activities are not necessarily impediments to good governance and transparent communication.
Conversely, the process of broker consolidation by national and regional ‘giants’ has tended to dilute local initiative, aspiration and enterprise.
TEn is, quite simply, the better model for the future.
