We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our company in the Princes Risborough office.
This is a very varied role providing support to Directors and Senior Management:
Provide support to enable Directors and Senior Management to carry out their duties, including minute taking at Board, Executive and Account Management meetings
Scheduling and collating reports for key management, in line with company requirements
Event planning for conferences, offsite meetings, arranging travel, accommodation and meals with positive feedback for well organised events
Maintaining office facilities at all office locations, ensuring a safe and comfortable standard for all employees
Ensuring reliable and cost-effective supplier relations are maintained, satisfying internal stakeholders by procuring stationery, washroom, refreshments, managing maintenance requirements and administering business-related subscriptions
Liaison between HR partner and all employees, processing starters, leavers, amendments to contracts, etc ensuring robust processes
Provide support and co-ordination of online e-learning and staff training

The ideal candidate will have:
Proficient skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and advanced in Microsoft Word
High level written skills, speed typist (c.80 wpm), efficient minute taker, verbal communication skills, a good listener and not be afraid to have difficult conversations
Exceptional planning and organisation skills with a positive and helpful attitude
Extremely trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Prioritise workloads, ensuring business requirements are met
Experience in the Insurance sector is not essential but advantageous.
We offer competitive salaries, which are negotiable dependent on experience.
37.5 hours per week, working between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday - Friday
However, a candidate able to work 25+ hours would be considered
